Dear Families, Summer has arrived! We love this time of year. We slow down just a little bit. We spend circle time outside, we garden, we take walks and we just enjoy the sunshine. Water play will be a little easier this year. We had a nice wet winter. (very wet) We say good-bye to several kinder bound kids this summer. Most of them will be here for the summer. We welcome the sunshine. Children seem eager to be here at school and ready to play. We’ve been doing some growing, some planting and a lot of reading about Spring. Our growing kids need outside time more than most years. We had a wet winter!! “Merry Month of May”! Children are invited to bring a handful of flowers to share on Monday, Tuesday and Wed. this week.
